Introduction to the Buddhism of Tibet

This series of lectures attempts an overview of the Buddhism of Tibet from its introduction to present times. The topics addressed will include: The path of thebodhisattva and Tantric Buddhism, the early history of Tibet, the early and the latter spread of Buddhism, Nyingmapas and Bonpos, Atiśa and Rin chen bzang po, lineages of Tibetan Buddhism, canonical collections (Kanjur and Tanjur), Tibetan Buddhist literature.
