They historicise the geo-economic and geopolitical impact of these relations in the present and offer an understanding of how they determine the migratory dynamics across the continent. The series also seeks to comprehend how those interactions explain growing social inequality across the continent and how Latin Americans have recreated livelihood strategies, including survival economies and urban and cross-border care infrastructures.
