Renowned political activist and author
Yogendra Yadav is an academic turned political activist. He was Senior Fellow at the Centre for the Study of Developing Societies, Delhi before plunging into full time activism in 2013. During his stint at the CSDS, he revived national election studies, co-founded a network of survey research scholars, wrote academic articles and books besides school textbooks. He was a member of the apex Political Affair Committee of the Aam Aadmi Party till 2015. He is among the founders of Swaraj Abhiyan and Jai Kisan Andolan and the founder President of a political party, Swaraj India. He was in the apex coordination committee of the Samyukt Kisan
